Tuna Salad Wrap

Having blood-sugar balancing meals make the WORLD of a difference for me. Keeps me satiated, energized, and clear headed for my day! This is the perfect example of a glucose friendly meal. And so delicious, too!
Ingredient list
For the TUNA
1 5oz can of Safe Catch Foods sustainably wild caught tuna (tested for mercury!) or salmon
1-2 tablespoon primal kitchen foods chipotle lime mayo
1 tablespoon primal kitchen foods mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
For the TOPPINGS
1/2-1 avocado, chopped
1-2 tomatoes, chopped
Optional: 2 tablespoons of finely chopped celery
Optional: 1-2 finely chopped green onions
For the wrap
Coco by Nuco turmeric coconut wraps (my favorite)
Bed of organic mixed greens and/or microgreens
