Chocolate Covered Banana Bread Bites

What I love most about these is that they have NO added sugar! Sweetened by nature’s sugar — bananas. Not only makes them easy and delicious, but better for the blood-sugar too!
Ingredient list
1 medium mashed ripe banana
1 tablespoon sunflower butter (or any nut/seed butter)
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 tablespoon non-dairy milk
2 tablespoons coconut butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla collagen (I use the brand Ancient Nutrition’s vanilla collagen!)
Optional: Handful of chopped walnuts
Optional: 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener (if you want them sweeter! be sure to test the batter)
CHOCOLATE COATING
1/4 cup dairy-free and/or sugar-free chocolate chips
Small spoonful of coconut oil

Steps
Step 1
Mix all banana bread bite ingredients together until they are well incorporated. Roll them into about 8 balls, and freeze them for 20-40 minutes on parchment paper.
