Chocolate Coconut Sunbutter Cups

With a certain chocolate chip, these can easily be made into a sugar-free treat! I personally love the goodsam chocolate chips for that. Otherwise I often use Hu Kitchen or other healthier/yummy chocolate options! Such a healthy option without sacrificing delicious flavor.
Ingredient list (makes 6 separate lil cups!)
1 cup dark chocolate chips
6 spoonfuls of sunbutter
6 spoonfuls of melted coconut butter (I love the Artisana Organics brand!)

Steps
Step 1
Melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Pour melted chocolate into the bottom of your ~6 silicone muffin liners. Freeze for a few minutes until hardened!
Step 3
Add a spoonful of melted coconut butter on top of your sunbutter layer. Freeze for a few minutes until your coconut butter is hardened on top of the sunbutter.
Step 4
Add 1/2 cup more melted chocolate chips. Freeze for 2+ hours to freeze sunbutter through, otherwise they’ll squish a little. You can keep in the freezer and let them that a couple minutes before eating, or eat right away if you’re impatient like me!! ENJOY! :)
