Raw Carrot Salad

This carrot salad has the ability to improve the ratio of progesterone to estrogen and cortisol in your body — some of our most significant hormones! It’s a great resource to try with helping PMS, insomnia, arthritis, etc!!
Ingredient list
1-2 Carrots (I buy organic rainbow carrots from Trader Joe’s!)
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar (can be a different one, just make sure it doesn’t have additives!)
2 teaspoon saturated fat (olive oil, MCT oil)
Salt
Optional: Garlic
