Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredient list (MAKES 12-14 COOKIES)
3 tablespoon creamy almond butter
3/4 cup coconut sugar (1/2 cup for less sugar! or monkfruit)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1.5 cup almond flour
3 tablespoon coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Steps
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Mix your wet and your dry ingredients together separately from one another, and then combine the two until well incorporated! The dough should be pretty sticky. Mix in your GoodSam chocolate chips (use code MADDIE15 for 15% off your order!)

Let the cookies cool on sheet for ~5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack. ENJOY! :)
