Steps
Step 1
First, you’ll want to whisk together your melted coconut oil, egg (or flax egg), honey, and vanilla in a medium sized bowl. Once this is well combined, add your almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir it up well until it’s well mixed!
Step 3
After you’ve got your delicious filling on the dough, use the wax paper to roll the dough into a log. Place the log in the freezer for 15 minutes so that is can harden. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees while you’re waiting for the dough to
Step 4
Now that your dough is chilled, slice the log into individual pieces. I make mine into about 9 or 10 rolls. Place each roll onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Once the rolls are golden, remove them from the oven and drizzle with glaze. Serve warm!
For the homemade “cream cheese” frosting:
Heat the “cream cheese” and “butter” in the microwave until it is soft.
Mix the softened cream cheese and butter with the sweetener of choice until it becomes a creamy icing
You can double or triple the amount of ingredients if you want/need more!
