This hot cocoa is a hug in a mug for your GUT! <3 Bone broth is protein-rich and gut friendly. Since it is higher in protein, it’s the perfect drink/ dessert/snack/any time of day treat because it keeps your blood sugar stable!
Ingredient list
1/2 cup beef bone broth (I use kettle and fire! Use code MADD.HEALTHY for 20% off)
1 cup creamy milk of choice (I like cashew milk, coconut milk, or vanilla nutpods!)
1.5 tablespoon of maple syrup (or a small pinch of 100% pure monkfruit)

1-2 tablespoon cacao powder
Pinch of sea salt
Dash of vanilla extract
