This hot cocoa is a hug in a mug for your GUT! <3 Bone broth is protein-rich and gut friendly. Since it is higher in protein, it’s the perfect drink/ dessert/snack/any time of day treat because it keeps your blood sugar stable!

Ingredient list

  • 1/2 cup beef bone broth (I use kettle and fire! Use code MADD.HEALTHY for 20% off)

  • 1 cup creamy milk of choice (I like cashew milk, coconut milk, or vanilla nutpods!)

  • 1.5 tablespoon of maple syrup (or a small pinch of 100% pure monkfruit)

  • 1-2 scoops of collagen (or BWBK Chocolate Protein - discount code = MADDIE)

  • 1-2 tablespoon cacao powder

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Dash of vanilla extract
